During this stage, we meticulously examine the building plans against the complying development certificate legislation or development consent and building codes, with the goal of issuing the complying development certificate or construction certificate promptly. Our fee proposal provides essential details, including the costs involved for the building approval, documentation required for the complying development certificate or construction certificate, as well as an initial BCA review and feedback.
Our comprehensive fee proposal covers all necessary aspects involved in the building approval, including the cost to issue the complying development certificate or construction certificate, the appointment of the principal certifier, mandatory site inspections, and the occupation certificate. We also include an outline of any potential additional building approval services, such as extra site inspections or modifications to the complying development certificate.
