Please note that when making a booking, please request an 8 am time slot. However, kindly be aware that the inspection will be conducted within a specified window, typically between 8 am and 1 pm.

If you prefer the inspection to be conducted either first thing in the morning or towards the end of the day, please inform us when making the booking. While we cannot guarantee a specific time, we will make our best efforts to accommodate your request.

A site inspection needs to be booked two days in advance. 

Absolutely! You have the option to reschedule by clicking on the 'Reschedule' button in the booking email you receive. Alternatively, if you find the need to reschedule on the morning of the inspection, please feel free to give us a call at 0423 646 748.

The piers inspection is required once excavation is finished and steel reinforcement is in place (if any), but prior to pouring the concrete.

The footings inspection is required once excavation is finished and steel reinforcement is in place (if any), but prior to pouring the concrete.

The slab inspection is required once steel reinforcement is in place, but prior to pouring the concrete.

The stormwater inspection is necessary after the installation of stormwater pipes, but before they are covered up. This ensures everything is in order before proceeding further.

After the frame is constructed, but before any other materials like insulation and gyprock cover it up, the frame inspection must be completed. 

The waterproofing inspection must be completed after the waterproofing membrane is installed but before the membrane is covered up.

The final inspection must be completed after the construction is completed to comply with the development consent.
